Ownership of AI-Generated Images

When you generate images using Uplifta.ai:

• You retain ownership of uploaded original photos.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free commercial license to use the AI-generated “after” images for personal, business, or promotional purposes.
• Uplifta.ai retains the right to use anonymised examples for marketing or platform training unless you opt out by contacting support@uplifta.ai.

Restrictions:

• You may not resell the images as standalone products (e.g., stock images).
• You may not falsely represent the output as professionally designed architecture or certified building plans.
