Usage Rights for Generated Content

Users of Uplifta.ai may:

• Use generated “after” images in property listings, presentations, sales material, websites, and social media.
• Share renders with agents, valuers, buyers, or lenders.
• Incorporate renders into pitch decks, feasibilities, or cost estimates (e.g., via Erin the Estimator).

You may not:

• Represent the images as real completed works
• Use the platform to create deceptive or misleading listings
• Remove Uplifta.ai branding (if present), unless on a paid plan that allows for white-labelling
