By using Uplifta.ai, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Key Terms:

• You must be 18+ or have legal capacity to enter into agreements.
• You are responsible for the images you upload and must have permission to use them.
• You agree not to use Uplifta.ai to generate or distribute offensive, misleading, or unlawful content.

Platform Limitations:

• Generated images are illustrative only. They do not guarantee renovation outcomes or valuations.
• If utilising Uplifta in conjunction with AI for image recognition for costing works, any renovation costs are indicative and not binding. All AI output should be independently verified before making financial decisions or entering into any contractual arrangements.

Limitation of Liability:

• Uplifta.ai provides outputs “as-is.” Such outputs are AI generated and not otherwise verified. We are not liable for financial decisions made using renders generated via the platform.
