Uplifta.ai is a product of Progentix Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration No. 78172300) with its registered office at 14/1411, 183 Queen’s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong 999077 (“Progentix”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
1.2 By creating an account, subscribing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

3.3 All logos and trademarks are owned by Progentix Limited or third parties. No right or licence to use them is granted without written permission.
4.1 Subscription Plans – Access to Uplifta.ai requires a valid subscription. Plans, features, and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Billing Cycle – Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) until cancelled.
4.3 Payment Methods – You must provide valid payment details. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.
4.4 Automatic Renewal – Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
4.5 Cancellations – You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued.
4.6 Refunds – Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4.7 Failed Payments – If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is successfully processed.
5.1 The Services use artificial intelligence (AI) and may incorporate third-party data sources.
5.2 Outputs are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, property, or professional advice.
5.3 You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any outputs before relying on them.
5.4 The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability.
5.5 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Services.
5.6 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Progentix Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense resulting from your use of the Services.
6.1 The Services may integrate or link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
6.2 Your dealings with third-party providers are solely between you and them, subject to their terms and policies.
7.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or misuse the Services.
7.2 You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.
7.3 Fees already paid are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
8.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
9.1 Force Majeure – We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including technical outages, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
9.2 Severability – If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect.
9.3 Entire Agreement – These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Progentix Limited regarding Uplifta.ai.
